The Beginning
Joshua Crampton founded Majestic Lighting Design in 2009. No investors. No business degree. Just a truck, a shovel, and a belief that outdoor lighting should be built to last — not sold as a commodity.
He hand-trenched every wire himself in those early years. Learned the trade from the ground up, literally. That hands-on foundation shaped the company's DNA: every system is still hand-designed and hand-installed by the same core crew.
Today, Majestic serves Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. The crew that started with Joshua is still the crew on your property.

Jose Aguilera has led every installation since 2009 — sixteen years of continuous service with the same company. His son Julio now runs field operations alongside him. Together they manage crews, train new installers, and ensure every project meets the standard Jose set from day one.
